• Security Audit

Security audit provides control and advice. It is a process of evaluation carried out by an independent expert
offering an external view on:
 the organisation
 procedures
 or any individual operation.
The security audit is primarily a continuous optimisation tool since it leads towards the identification of weak
points in the existing system in order to bring them in line with current audit requirements. This is to be followed
by appropriate actions with the purpose to amend any flaws or malfunctions.

Stage 1- Field audit:

 Gathering information on site(s)
 a comprehensive check of human, mechanical and electronic resources used for the
protection of the site, of interior parameters and volumes as well as of security procedures
(study and analysis of existing documentation)
 Identification of potential sources of danger and threats your company could be exposed to
 Installation’s conformity
 Photographic documentation of preventive measures and means of security

Stage 2 – Evaluation of data :

 Comparative analysis of vulnerability / preventive measures and human and material security
resources
 Analysis of deviations
 Recommendation for improvement of deviations

Stage 3 – Risk analysis

 Threats and potential risks
