urgence après une tentative d’enlèvement par des groupes rebelles. Aucun système de géolocalisation
ni plan de repli n'avait été préalablement établi.
In June 2024, expatriate engineers working in southern Sudan were urgently evacuated
following a kidnapping attempt by rebel groups. No geolocation system or evacuation plan had
been established beforehand.
