By the Ministerial Decree dating August 3rd 2007, all security agents must have:

 CQP ADS : Certificate of Professional Qualifications – Security Agent
 for all our security agents
 CQP APR : Certificate of Professional Qualifications – Close Protection Agent
 for all our close protection agents
 Training Management (for all management staff)

Quality standards and method of operation

• Quality standards

The service quality control is conducted by the management in charge of the mission. They pay
special attention to:

 the position held;
 agents’ behaviour;
 knowledge about safety measures;
 documentation system (instructions, quality standards, registers, plans, prevention plans, Page32 Page32
etc.);
