               A recruitment officer supervises the employment of our associates following a very precise list of
               requirements (analysis of the candidate’s references over the past ten years, testing the candidate’s
               morality, aptitude and behaviour…).































               This method allows us to count on reliable and competent experts.

               For better performance, a phase of integration is planned for every new associate who joins our team
               in all fields.

               This phase allows the new employees to position themselves in the new working environment, to learn
               about the topography of the site, procedures, instructions, technical equipment and to familiarise
               themselves with the tasks to be entrusted to them.


               All members of security/safety intervention teams have to undergo an informative training before
               taking charge of their missions, which helps them to clearly define the scope, content and goals of the
               operation.

               Security experts and the operational management of SIMURGH SOLUTIONS have a comprehensive
               training programme designed to meet the specific needs of our clients. The purpose of the programme
               is also to improve the skills and qualifications of SIMURGH SOLUTIONS agents.
